Delay in Delivery

Hello all,
Just a short update regarding delivery in mails.
We have received a number of feedbacks that most of our customers have been receiving their parcles later than the expected delivery time stated in our policies..

However, we would like to seek all our customers utmost understanding that once we hand over the parcels to our local courier, Singpost, the delivery time and the time taken to dispatch all the parcel from their headquaters is beyond our control.

We are definitely not trying to 'push the blame', so we have also made enquires with Singpost Head Office a few days back! :) It is claimed that the number of parcels Singpost now handles is a lot higher than usual, (might be due to the increment of blogshops, and shoppers?), thus even for AM Mail deliveries, which promises 24hours expected delivery, will be delayed by a day or two.
